Basic concepts of management using the process approach which identifies four basic functions of management: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Emphasis on the applied and theoretical aspects of the subject matter. Recommended only for sophomores in a business program. Prerequisite: Successful completion of ENGL 1010 or 1110.
