Use of diagnostic hardware and software, virus and spyware scanning tools, troubleshooting of various system level and application packages. Backup/disaster recovery techniques, and preventative maintenance are discussed. Detailed discussion of mass storage devices, such as CD/DVD standards and hard disks included.
