Use of diagnostic hardware and software, malware scanning tools, and the troubleshooting and automated deployment of various operating system, system level, and application packages. Backup/disaster recovery techniques and preventative maintenance are discussed. Attention will be given to current trends in hardware and software technology. Shelf Life Alert.
